What forms of Payment to you accept?

Do you do Virus and Spyware Removal?

If I need to host or build a website. Would you be able to assist me building a website?

  • Yes, We both hosting and building, this includes E-Commerce Stores.
  • Website hosting

Will my data be safe?

  • Yes, your data will be safe; before we carry out any complex repair a backup of your data will be taken.
  • On data recovery repair this process depends on the state of the hard drive/flash drive.

What Are Your Opening Hours?

  • We are open 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Thursday
  • We do after hours, this need to be arranged (After Hours until 9 PM)
  • We are open 8 AM - 3:30 PM Friday

Do you visit homes and businesses?

  • Yes, we visit both location.
  • We prefer to diagnose the problem in its environment
  • You are welcome to drop off your device, at 170 Panorama drive

What forms of payment do you take?

  • We accept Cash, electronic transfers and Card payment with 5% surcharge.
  • We bless you and thank you for your business and time.

What can be done about my data?

  • We are one of the few on-site repair companies that transfer your data across to your new laptop/pc.
  • We transfer your data after a new hard drive was installed or OS was repaired.

Can I drop my computer off?

  • Yes, of course, We do advise you call first to make sure we are in the office and not popped out to visit customers.

Is it worth repairing my computer, or should I just get a new one?

We can take a look at your computer and give you a better idea whether it is worth fixing or investing in a new computer. We will give you our most honest and trusted advice. If you decide to get a new computer, we offer data transfer services to help you transfer your data from your old computer to your new computer.

Is there a call out fee charge?

  • R450 per call out excluding hourly at R780p/h

How long will it take to repair my computer / Network?

  • On average, our turnaround time is 3-5h On-Site.
  • Once your computer has been diagnosed, we can give you a better estimate,
  • 90 % of a problem are fixed On-Site.

Do you offer Express Service and is there limitations?

  • Yes, we do offer Express Service at a cost of R1500 per hour before 5 pm.
  • You will need to call and make an appointment for Same Day service, calls before 9.30AM.
  • Not all Computers issues and Network issues are eligible for express service. T&C's apply

Do you do Virus or/and Spyware Removal?

My Screen is broken/cracked. Can you replace this?

  • Yes, we can replace broken/cracked screens. WhatsApp the serial number normally underneath the laptop to 072-798-7997 for a quote, some screen and touch screen the laptop will need to be opened by one of our qualified technicians.
  • Once we locate your replacement for broken, screen we will quote, once payment received it is ordered, upon delivery, we will arrange installation onsite, if dropped off, the repair will commence and notified for collection.

Data Lost! Can you recover my data?

  • Yes, we can.
  • We offer data recovery services. If your hard drive is not physically damaged and does not display any signs of internal damage (for example beeping and/or clicking noises), we can recover your data.
  • If the hard drive has mechanical damage, we will quote in TWO stages, first to replace damage parts, second to quote for data recovery. Turn around time depending from case to case, two weeks.

 

Do you fix monitors and printers?

  • We can troubleshoot your printer by servicing software and driver problems or connection issues.
  • We do service printer off site, as it can get real messy with the ink tank and storage containers.
